What to write about
- Corrections.A calculator gave you a number you believe is wrong, please send the URL, the inputs you used, and what you expected. Bugs get fixed within 24 hours; the fix is noted in the page's changelog.
- Missing calculators.A tool you wish existed. We can't build everything, but if a request keeps coming up it shapes the roadmap.
- Partnership and press. Affiliate proposals, embed permissions, journalist queries, guest-post pitches.
- Privacy and data requests. See the privacy policy for what data we hold (very little); subject access and erasure requests also come here.
What we don't do over email
We're a calculator site, not an accountant. We can't answer:
- Specific tax-advice questions about your circumstances (speak to a qualified accountant).
- Mortgage or pension recommendations (use a regulated adviser).
- HMRC enquiries on your behalf.
If your question is one of the above, the calculators and methodology page should still get you most of the way.
Response time
ContractorMaths is a side project run by one person. Most messages get a reply within 48 hours; some take longer. Corrections jump the queue.
